Notable figures in the newly announced leadership structure include former U.S. President Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and UN Secretary-General António Guterres. While these leaders will play a significant role in shaping global security policies, European Parliament President Roberta Metsola has been designated as a Peace Ambassador for the European continent. Additionally, General Mark Milley has been appointed as the Global Military Security Chief, and Ambassador Dr. Nicholas Daniel Isaac will serve as the Global Vice President of the council.
Other key appointments include Mr. J.D. Bhanse as the Chairman of the Council, Prof. Ashuolu Titus as the International Legal Advisor, and Emperor Dr. Solomon Uchenna Winim as the Defense Minister of the American World Anti-Crime Government Federation (WAGF). Among them, Rev. Dr. Raju Lama P. Kondon has been specifically recognized for his commitment to humanitarian aid and education, highlighting Nepal's growing presence in global security and peace initiatives.

The new leadership aims to implement concrete strategies in counterterrorism, international security, humanitarian aid, and drug abuse prevention. Additionally, the council will work in coordination with the UN Security Council and the World Security Council to promote global peace and stability. Through these efforts, the newly appointed members are expected to play a crucial role in shaping international security policies and fostering diplomatic cooperation worldwide.
