Kathmandu,06 June | Kanchenjunga Tea Estate & Research Center (KTERC) has received the NBI Business Resilience Award 2024 in the Medium Enterprise category. KTERC was honored by USAID & National Business Initiative (NBI) in an grand ceremony held in June 5, 2024 in Kathmandu.On behalf of KTERC the Managing Director Shanta Baskota Koirala received the Award. 

KTERC was recognized as a 'Promising Practitioner' in the medium Enterprise category for its outstanding contribution to risk reduction and management initiatives. After receiving the Award Managing Director Baskota expressed her happiness. 'This acknowledgment highlights the dedication and efforts of KTERC in implementing effective strategies to enhance business resilience. In this regards, I would also like to share this moment with all of our KTERC family members, obviously the staffs, so far, I also want to reveal that it has been possible to achieve these accolades through visionary leadership of our father Dipak Prakash Baskota and Director Tara Baskota, so, all this credit goes to all of them too'. Including KTERC ND's was also honored on the same category, whereas from  business fraternity altogether 8 institutions were awarded with Business Resilience Awards. 

Koirala who is also the vice president of Fncsi was also the panelists in the dialogue session of the following ceremony.
