Bullying is a serious problem in our society today. There are many examples in the world, either in direct contact or through the social network to harass peers. Bullying can leave many different effects on a child’s development, and adulthood as well. Bullying not only affects physical health, but it also can affect mental health. The effects bullying can have on its victims is something that may last throughout their lives or something that may end their life. Violence can be psychological, economic, physical, and sexual. Bullying can affect your brain and body. There is also workplace bullying, which became an international problem. Children hood bullying can leave lifelong scars. Bullying can lead to mental health, social problems, emotional problems, and even death. Children who are bullied are at increased risk for mental health problems, including depression, anxiety, and problems adjusting to school.
We all have emotions after all we are human beings, so being kind to everyone and helping them come out of their problems can we be the least we can do to make our existence feel beautiful in this world. No one is you and that’s your power. As an individual we have so much to give to this world instead of giving hatred we can share love and kindness in a true sense.
Bullying is a serious issue, if someone is bullying you and making fun of you for not understanding your feelings you shouldn’t keep quiet you need to stand up for yourself every single time. No matter how many times you fall one day will come when you will rise and shine, so have patience and faith in your work and yourself. Speak up for what’s wrong do not lose yourself in this situation. Supporting the wrong ones is the same as committing a crime if we see someone bullying others let’s not make ourselves a part of such chaos.
There’s a wonderful saying “Be good, Do good, See good. Good things will come back to you ultimately when you are doing good things in your day-to-day life. Instead of being a reason for destroying someone’s mental health let’s be the person of our choice and spread happiness and try our best to bring smiles to the faces of millions of people. We never know who will be of our need someday.
Success comes to those who wait patiently. Work hard in silence and pray for those who are in need every single day. By sharing, caring we can make this world a better place to live in. As a person who has faced bullying since my school days, what I would like to say to youngsters out there is, it’s okay to be alone than to be alone in a huge group. Your kindness shouldn’t be your weakness too so stand up for yourself the same people who bullied you will see you fulfilling your dreams one day. Wait for that day close your eyes and listen to your heart, your mental health matters as much as your physical health does.
No matter what you should matter the most for yourself. Sometimes even your close ones, your family, relatives fail to praise you and support you but your existence should be acknowledged and counted for that instead of listening to criticism let’s work hard towards achieving our goals and let the world look at your big picture of life.
