Kathmandu, Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Secretary Khagendra Neupane has entered the travel and tours sector of Nepal.  He has joined this field as the chairman of  Smart Holidays Pvt. Ltd.  and Greenland Holidays Pvt. Ltd.,  leading players in the travel and tours sector of Nepal,  Having bought 33 percent shares of both companies.  

Neupane is  the chairman of Bikas Hydro Power Limited, the director of AT Group of Companies Malaysia, and the chairman of Vinoliva Restaurant. Neupane, who has been involved in various businesses for a long time, is the former chairman of NRNA Malaysia. 

Neupane said that his investment is in this area to uplift the region which has been affected by the confusion in the travel sector and the covid epidemic.  Balkrishna Khadka and Ishwar Sapkota were its owners. Smart Holidays Pvt. Ltd. and Greenland Holidays Pvt. Ltd  has an office in Kathmandu Hattisar. The director of the organization, said that Neupane was introduced with the aim of making further progress in the field of travel and tours with the help and support of Neupane, which has been successful in many areas of business outside Nepal and even in Nepal. 

Balkrishna Khadka, the owner of the company, said that the collective business of the company will be operated from February 15, 2023.  AT Travels based in Malaysia, which is being operated by Khagendra Neupane, will also be operated through Smart Holidays from the same date. 

NRNA Secretary and successful businessman Neupane said that he has invested in this sector for the development of the travel and tours sector of Nepal.
